A homegrown personal finance brand, wanted to create a people-first app experience for their 100% health insurance offering. Our approach was to find a way to co-create this UX with first time health insurance buyers and claimers, from scratch!

Our report zeroed in on the fact that most health insurance journeys are designed from the company’s POV, and thus riddled with pain-points for customers. The app flow we co-created with them sharp focused on re-visioning this journey from their POV - by solving their current pain-points and borrowing from their benchmark apps to design the most intuitive app for them!
