It is always fascinating to reimagine a platform from the PoV of the end-user. It is even more inspiring to do so in a market that is as diverse and complex as India. What becomes obvious is that mindsets of users are different from those of UIUX designers - and that research is best poised to bridge this gap, expose blind-sports & point to the most intuitive solutions.
