As India’s leading oral-care brand, Colgate wanted to identify the best way in which they can equip and partner with upcoming dental students on their journey to fulfilling careers. Colgate not only wanted to learn how best to help dental students, but they piloted a masterclass on metaverse with young dentists to sharpen Colgate’s understanding of the need gaps faced by students today. Our approach was to work with Colgate and their select dental students to unpack their practical needs and unmet desires over three key points of the engagement.
Our report helped identify emerging mindsets of dentists today and understand that concerns beyond the classroom or the lab. The report also etched out the building blocks to design a new masterclass programme—the who, what, where, when, why of it—to help Colgate formulate effective collaborations with India’s future dentists.
